very poor response from the customer service Contact no. they dont evn bother to receive phone . Incomplete delivery of kids uniform done from shop for school. i geuniely feel that if they are not comptant enough to online service, then shud close the website. Parents like me wont have to suffer from such poor service. they dont even bother to convey message through mail or message wether is available or not and we have to depepnd on them for uniform. after placing order no option for cancellation of order. and even no provision to retrunt he incomplete order also payement mode is online only.
