Shop Nope — paid but not receiving order

Bought few shirts and paid online, but no delivery. Tried to email but no response received. Don't know how to deal with this, feel like cheated. This kind of website should be banned. Strict action need to be taken to keep the customer safe. Their regustered address need to be checked and a valid address and customer support should be available in order to provide fair customer dealing.

Buy to get one free offer from the site shop nope, i oderd 3 shirt 598rs.. order placed, confirmation details mail in my inbox. Money debiter from my account but no replay from compani side, i already sent 2 or 3 mail.. but no replay.. no courier details no product.
