Hi I made a purchase of shoes from Shop4reebok.com. The payment was deducted and now their website says payment verification failed due to which I have been contacting them since 14th Feb, 2022. They confirm that a complaint is been raised and I will receive email soon but that hasn't taken place since last 7 days. The order ID is[protected] which they mention is not there in the system. I am fed up of their lies on daily basis.
