Hi I made a purchase of shoes from Shop4reebok.com. The payment was deducted and now their website says payment verification failed due to which I have been contacting them since 14th Feb, 2022. They confirm that a complaint is been raised and I will receive email soon but that hasn't taken place since last 7 days. The order ID is[protected] which they mention is not there in the system. I am fed up of their lies on daily basis....

I ordered online shop4reebok.com site for shoe purchase on 20 December 2021 but amount is deducted two times from my credit card of rupees 1799 and order not placed ..they are not refund my amount I calling 10 times and write a mail regarding my refund also provided as a proof of transaction..but they didn’t reply yet not refunded my amount . I ordered on 26th Nov'21 from shop4reebok website and paid from wallet (PAYTM).

Now the order status is showing that the order failed due to "Payment Verification Failed".

Sent multiple of emails at customer.[protected]@reebok.com and calls but no response from Team reebok and my refund...

Amount debited from my Paytm account and no message/mail/confirmation recieved of order placed.
Even cart shows no order made in last 6 months.
I feel the website is not legitimate.
Need complete refund....

I ordered shoes from www.shop4reebok.com through bajaj finserv emi card and the transaction was successful but I did not receive any confirmation. I called them and they said they will resolve the issue in 2 days but still no update....

I tried to purchase the sports shoe in SHOP4REEBOK.COM on 24th Feb 2017. My payment is successful via PAYTM, whereas order wasn't placed. I spoken with company representative via call center they are giving me the false promise saying that it will be refunded in two days.

Placed an order for a pair of Reebok sneakers and we got a delivery confirmation. After some time, there was a message that payment failed even though the credit card had been charged. We complained to Shop4reebok.com - half the time the phones aren't answered and they did nothing to refund the payment. Ultimately, we had to tell the credit card company to dispute the charges. this company / website is a fraud that just wants to make money...

I placed an order of a product(watch) on 5 jan 2012 but still there is no responses from them on which date i would receive the product .
Also their customer no doesn't respond.How can such a brand (reebok) dealer do this kind of things.This is the worst experience I have ever had.
