Money not refunded by shopaaz.com on cancellation of order no. 106200
I have booked a mobile - mi note 4 (64gb rom), on www.shopaaz.com website and i have paid a payment via credit card amount is rs. 12, 499 paid amount on 10.05.2017,,, thereafter, on 12.05.2017 my order was automatic cancelled by shopaaz company, and message were sent on my mobile no as well as on my mail that your amount is refunded within 7days with 5% pay off but no amount is not credited in my creditcard account. There company website has no customer redressal option or feedback option. Similarly the toll free customer care number[protected] is non operative.
It appears that this a purposeful fraudulant thing has been committed by this site, it is therefore, requested that strict action has to be taken against them and kindly compel them to refund my money with penalise interest.
