I had ordered a Redmi 3s prime mobile on 05/05/2017 vide order no.102776 with www. shopaaz.com, kolkatta based online e-commerce site. But i was sent a mail by them on 12th May 2017 that the same could not be delivered due to problems with their vendor. They said that the money is being refunded with a cash back of 5% within 7 days, but till date they have not refunded the money.
When I checked their website and tried to contact, the phone was not working. If you check the net now, there are so many complaints against these people.
