Shop.adidas.co.in — fraud delivery of product.

So, i made an online purchase of a adidas t-shirt worth 2, 999 from "shop. Adidas.co.in" on 25th sept'19. On the next day i received a mail saying the product is delivered. But i never received the product. I checked with my neighbors too to confirm on the delivery but they didn't receive any such item.
I have been contacting their customer support for more than a month now and yet they have not solved the issue.

Please look into their business, i hope more customers are not going through the same case. And i hope they resolve my issue.
