I ordered a fastrack watch worth 499 and i got something different of what i ordered. I want them to refund me as soon as possible before any strict action is taken. I need a reply very soon. My order id is also different from what they sent. I have sent a complaint to them but have not yet received a reply from them. They neither have any options regarding returning the order.
