I ordered a fastrack watch worth 499 and i got something different of what i ordered. I want them to refund me as soon as possible before any strict action is taken. I need a reply very soon. My order id is also different from what they sent. I have sent a complaint to them but have not yet received a reply from them. They neither have any options regarding returning the order....

This shopatapex.com, is selling fake products to the consumers, as i ordered a watch showing 80% off and it displayed it with all features and when i recieved the watch it was fake completely the seller is from named dinesh rajdhani delivery xpress pvt. Ltd. For return as seen on the bill.
