Dear sir, Date[protected] Company : shopazz Order id : 102020 I have order redmi 3s prime mobile on may 5th 2017 on www.shopazz.com site its worth of amount rs 8499/- i have paid thourough my netbanking, but they only cancelled my order. My order number 102020, they infarmed amount refund. More than 1month gone, still i dont get my amount, kindly request u to help me. I have attached a photo of my order copy. I have booked a mobile phone through Shopazz.com online. I have paid money through online transfer. But they have cancelled my booking and said that the money will be refunded to me within 10 days, but they have not refunded so far.
