[Resolved]  Shopcart18.com — Order not received & no proper communication

My Order No is Order ID: #5195 (shopcart18.com)
Status: Processing
Date Added: 07/01/2014

Till date I have not got any communication on the shipment, but I have already paid the entire bill amounting to Rs 403 on 7th Jan '14 through Ccavenue...Does it mean that this is a fake site and I have lost my money??

Moreover, on your site you have not mentioned any phone no, hence, I am not able to call you guys. I have send 3 mails, but no one is replying...!!! So frustrated...please contact me OR send my products in good condition...
