    Today I have received my Order no. #SC18084 of sweat pants for men women buy one and get one free L size via Blue dart shipment no.[protected]. After opening this package i found only one piece of pant in Black colour there is no other unit in it as per order one another free piece of pant is not available in this package.
    So kindly sort out this issue as soon as possible

      Received a fake order and lost money

      I didn't make any order with shopcart but they delivered some fake order and my wife unknowingly paid for it in cash..i lost 1300 rupees for that order..even the product mentioned on the label and the product are different. Photos are attached in the end. Please do some kind help.

          I Didn't Receive my Product and the support was worst....

          Hi Frnds, I Ordered Samsung Headphones on 22nd Feb, and my Order ID is 7099. Till i didn't get Headphones. No Replay via phone or mail from them. It is very bad experience for me and i wont buy anything from Shopcart18. No proper communication and no responce. i suggest you guys don't buy anything from Shopcart18 and prefer to use COD (Cash on Delivery) from other online stores, then only they send correct product and sending fast...Thanks...

                  I ORDERED A LOCK FOR MY BICYCLE, AMOUNTED RS 155 ON 19TH JAN 2014. BUT ITS BEEN NO REPLY FROM THEM YET, EVEN NOT PICKING UP IF I CALL THEM. IF THIS IS A SCAM LIKE IT SEEMS NOW, POLICE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT.

So, i want to file this complaint against them as i think that they may be some fraud company.                               Till date I have not got any communication on the shipment, but I have already paid the entire bill amounting to Rs 403 on 7th Jan '14 through Ccavenue...Does it mean that this is a fake site and I have lost my money??
