Shopcj.com — found broken product and refund not processed

My order no. is [protected] suborder no. is[protected]. I ordered a product one month back and found it broken. I talked to customer care and account details were also taken but we got nothing. Now toll free number is also not getting connected. Either give me the fresh product or my money back. My number is ending with 2283 please reply this time goddamnit. You fraud company!
