Dear Sir, I am purchase the new mobile of I Ball Andi 4.5 in last saturday. But shop cj was delivered the second hand defective phone. This product battery & speaker is not working. So i send the complain of customer care this no [protected] and ask to replace of this product. But they did not give any positive response to me. I am working with Cargo Movers Compnay. I am talk to lot of client & driver ask the location & payment. So my work is too suffer of this.
