Hi - i ordered a saree (Combo) from shopcj worth 1498 on 17 december 2017
Making online payment with credit card. It was expected to arrive on 25th but delayed again and again - so i cancelled the order and requested a refund. The company says refund is in process since a long time - but its not processed yet

Its not resolved..I havent received the amount back..They provide fake reference number regarding refund..I checked with Bank Customer Care and they said such number doesnt exist and no refund has been made..They further ask you to share bank statement details which they may misuse in any way...Their Customer Support stops replying you and puts the phone on hold for 1 hour and then cut it..

Updated by Vijeet D Deliwala This is not resolved...They have provided fake Reference Number and payment still not refunded...They provide fake number, ask for bank statement and then sell that data to third party, still dont refund..
