ShopCJ — Shoe Order with Shop CJ | |||||
I have ordered a pair of shoes (Vostros) from Shop CJ website on July 30, 2016. They have delivered me lower size (UK - 6) of shoes to which I raised complaint to return and send me the correct size (UK - 10). Order Number : [protected] First Date Of Delivery : August 16, 2016 Mode of Payment : Cash On Delivery (COD) Return Date when raised complaint for Return / Exchange : August 16, 2016 Date Product reached back to Shop CJ : August 23, 2016 Way Bill No. : [protected] Till now there is no confirmation on email / phone about the product being sent again. When we called the customer care, we had to wait for literally 15 minutes to talk to a senior guy who then told us that your product will reach in next 4/5 business days. We have called them thrice (3 TIMES) and heard the same response from Customer Care. Can we have some status on this case from Shop CJ ?
