This is regarding my order- [protected] which was placed for Silco Silver Plated 9 pcs Cup Saucer Set With Tray on 09-Dec-15. However received on 10-Dec-15 but instead of Cup-Saucer there as Bowl set with Tray. Immediately I logged a complaint against and the executives promised that I will receive a call for the replacement. Here I am still waiting for their call also there is no response from anyone. I don't understand how come product is dispatched without verifying and could deliver to customer without checking. Really disappointed.
