[Resolved] ShopClues — about refund which is not credited to my account. | |||||
Sir, i have ordered a 5v lithium ion battery charger with order id[protected] from shopcluea of rs 225 and i have paid from my rupay debit card. But i have received the product in damaged condition. When i returned the product they asked to me for the refund. They send me the refund from the same payment gateway i. E. Debit card. They said that they have processed the refund on 28th feb2018. But i have not received the refund yet in my bank account. I have contacted my bank with the transaction id which is provided by shopclues but the bank says that id does not contain any information. I have sent all the documents for which they asked i. E copy of bank statements etc. But they are not helping me. Please help me in solving this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The product purchased from shop clues has been damaged the next day itself.It had made an short circuit.We need a solution for this immediately.
