I have purchased a Home Gym "order no.31812529" on 30.12.2014. As per Shopclues.com "Christmas/New year offer" offer I suppose to cash back Rs. 1000 within 60 days of Purchased of the product. When I contacted customer care, they are not responding. I would request you to please do necessary action to provide me cashback of Rs. 1000 at earliest.
