They called me and the voicecall was breaking up so much i had to hang up. I didnt have a network problem as i have been receiving calls without disturbance.
They have emailed saying my phone has a network problem and that my refund problem would be resolved in 2 business days... Its already day 4. Noone has called or refunded the remaining amount.
This refund that i am requesting is for two quilts they took back and refunded only for one. Please ask them to refund for the remaining quilt. Why did they pick both up and refund only for one!!!??? Pathetic cruel business Was this information helpful? |
