sir i have ordered 2 pairs of earphone (ORDER[protected] on 21st september which was expected to get delivered on 29th september...i have been despperately waiting for my order...and then suddenly i couldn't even understand that when the delivery had been attempet and the tracking status changed to 'product undelivered.returning to origin' on 1st october...since then i have written more than 15 emails + unreplied phone calls...they replied for none of my mails even...i had to bear extra charges of 300 rupees of buying same pairs for urgent use!! after 1st october the tracking status is ' product undelivered, returning to origin'...which courier takes more than 20 days to dekiver a product back?? kindly tell them to refund my order amount (rs 430) + penalty amount of rs 300 for this inconvenience due to which i hadf to pay extra, ...tell them to initiate the amount in forms of cluebucks to the registered id - chitresh.[protected]@gmail.com within 3 working days!!
