On 03.04 2016 I paid money and purchased a Air cooler at the cost of Rs.7998 .But after 13 days it was delivered in damaged condition .I sought return and refund of amount .But they wanted photos of the damaged product.That also I sent .They wanted time.But again they said they need some more photos.I refused as my money is locked up for more than 15 days.I sent mail to take back the damaged product and return of my money.But they are simply keeping quite with out any reply inspite of my repeated mails .Unfair trade practice and deficiency of service on their part is not taken care of.
