I, Shivam Taneja resident of BE-133 hari nagar, New delhi had placed an order of an Dell 1Tb external hard disk on 1st November 2014 at 7:58 pm.
The item when received was found to be an older model although the pictures/images at the website were of New model.
Considering the fact that a different product has been delivered I initiated a request for the refund.
The customer service was not at all co-operative despite of numerous request and calls.
However, as per the customer service the refund request has been processed on 12th january 2015 but I haven't got any refund till now.
I have also send them my credit card statement through mail
