ShopClues.com — amount is not return back to account once the transaction failure

I have placed an order on 26th apr 2018 as quantum qhmpl qhm636 2.0 multimedia speakers (Color may vary) and order id:[protected]. Transaction is successful and but after i received an email and message from shop clues that
"your shopclues order[protected] was unsuccessful. You can retry the payment by clicking on the following link:". Then i placed new order again and book same product and ignore that mail. Now the product will be deliver by 2nd may. But the amount which was failure for 1st transaction does not reflected back to my account.

Can you please help here.
