I have purchased 110 kg Weight lifting Gym equipment on 07th June 2015. the order# 56223803. and i have received the product on 18-June-2015. the same day i have raised a request for refund due to damaged product and bad quality, and 20th July i have reverse pick up finally they picked up the product on 20th July 2015. and two days later i got the email saying with in four working days they will resolve everything. that was the last email from Shopcules later no response nothing. almost waited for sometimes there is no response. so started calling them and non of the executive will response properly & they will disconnect the call in between, after some days i spoke to one of the Team Leader in customer support that is last week. His name is Puneet Kumar he said he will send to concern department this issue making as priority & he told me with in 24 hours i will get resolution over email but one week got over i still dint not get any email any call from them. This shopclues company are cheating the customers. Science i bought online i don't have any bills but i can provide the credit card statement because i've done the payment through credit card.
