I had ordered a product from Shop Clues website and they delivered the product very late which is Fidato Bag-pack and Watch but both the product quality is very bad and when I many time call and email then they always assures me that they will pickup the defective material or else they will refund the money back. But till date no pickup was done till now as well as they are not refund the money back to me. Details are as follows:. I received a call from courier boy, name Rakesh Mani M.num [protected], he is talking very Rudely with me, and miss behaving and used very harsh words.
