ShopClues.com — Blocking money, poor customer support | |||||
I ordered a product on shopclues.com on 29th october and till date i havent received my ordered product.i have mailed them so many times but a auto generated message comes and no further proceedings occur at their end. I even requested them to just cancel the order if they cant dispatch it buy yet no reply. My money is blocked with them for almost a month.customer care team dont reply to the mails and i have been a regular customer of shopclues, earlier this thing never occured but this ecperience of mine was a blunder.
