I have ordered for a bluetooth speaker in shopclues.com on 14th july 2017. The estimated delivery date was 24th july and still i did not receive my product. However when i call shopclues they keep on extending the delivery date of the product. I have partially paid for this product as clues bucks and the rest of the amount will be paid through cash on delivery. Order id is[protected] The order is shipped through book my packet courier service. When i track the product from book my packet courier website, it is showing me that the product is in my location but i didn't receive the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
