[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Cheating Customer Money | |||
Hi All I bought a Sony DAV-TZ215 Home Theatre on 12/09/2014 (Order no:[protected] and received only by 20/09/2014. Being a huge Sony Box there was no proper bubblewrap on it and when i opened the product, DVD Player edge was broken and Sub-Woofer front part is broken. So i called shopclues customer service on 23/09/2014 to replacement of the product. They asked me to send the pictures of broken pieces which i did on the same day. But they haven't generated any reference number for replacement. From 23/09/2014 till 10/10/2014 they were playing with me to send different photos which i did too. On 10/10, i was so angry and asked for a refund of the product. They sent me an email that they will get back to me after 3 business days. But till date they never picked the product nor refunded my money. Please help in raising a civil complaint in the court against this brutal, no good, cheating online website and shut this kind of Spam Online websites forever. They even sent me the shipment tracking number on 18-Oct but still no one called in for getting the product back neither money got refunded.
