The offer Was u get a gap a leather belt and 2 sunglasses at 299 rupees but when it gets delivered I get only the cap and belt the cap quality is the worst as i[censored] get it for free I asked for return request but the merchant cancelled and after I spoke to the customer service ppl he tells me that we'll take some action in ur purchase in 24 hrs but its been 2 days now I think that u ppl are the worst shopping platform I've ever seen my order ID is[protected]

I have made payment for order[protected] and the sum of Rs.651 jhas been debited from my bank and I also received the sms immediately. but the shopclues page says the payment has been declined, WHAT DO I DO
