[Resolved] ShopClues.com — complaint against a shopclue representative | |||
I ordered a product worth 150rs from your website. My order number is[protected]. After ordering through cod, i got to know that the quality of the product will be a very poor one. So i decided to cancel the order. Even after cancelling the order, the deliveryman came with the product and i denied to receive it. After 5 days, i got a call from the number +91 [protected] and the shopclues representative starting abusing me, like the words that he said i can't even share on this platform, that why did i rejected the product. When a customer orders something from a website, the mininal thing that he wants is the customer service and well behavioral representatives of the shopping site. But this was and will be my worst experience for shopping at shopclues and i will make sure that i forward this issue with my family and friends of awaring them to never shop on shopclues. Worst app, seriously. Worst customer service i recieved. Please take strict actions on the number i have provided above. Maintain a good decorum of your representatives please.
