Hi, this is Akash Jain. I bought a product from www.shopclues.com. order no 54263893. product- Adnet Headphone with mic - Code: 1329942 (QTY:1). order date-30 May 2015, 12:44 PM and I have received my product(Adnet Headphone with mic - Code: 1329942) on 6 June but unfortunately headphone which I received is in not working condition means product is defective that's why I request in shopclues for my money return but I haven't received any reply mail from shopclues team.Also I have sent one remainder mail to shopclues customer care but still I am waiting for their reply.
