[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Courier service did not deliver product instead I had to go to them

I am a regular customer in Shopclues.com. When I was in kolkata I used to order in shopclues.com. Now I am in home Fatepur, South 24 parganas, PIN-743513. I ordered 6 LED bulbs. Before giving order i checked in Shopclues.com about validity of PIN-743513. In shopclues they showed that they deliver products to PIN-743513. But Shopclues.com sent the produc vis courier service DTDC, Amtala, which called me said said they do not come to Fatepur which is few KM away from Amtala. I was in home that is why I could go to courier service office and collected the product. I want to to ask shopclues.com if they do not deliver product to PIN-743513 they should not have showed the PIn to be valid for delivery. I want answer to this. This is really irritating for customers. I demand immediate step against it.
