I received the product in pathetic condition and damaged condition, i had received the product on 24th september 2016 and i filled a return request on the very same within one hour of receipt of the product.in the return request i had not mentioned the word damaged but had used all possible vocabulary (Pathetic, cheap etc). I received a mail on 27th asking me to send pictures. I sent the pictures on 29th of september 2016 where clearly depicted that the product is in horrible condition and even realised while clicking the pictures that a part of it is damaged which i even specified in the mail. Now the shopclues is declining my return request saying that the damaged product return request should be filed within 2 days of receipt of product. This is really unethical and cheating customers. I had bought this product as gift for somebody and was terribly embarrassed. I have written endless mails with reminders but nobody even bothers to respond. I need an immediate intervention of the senior guys and expect a quick positive response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
