ShopClues.com — Damaged product received, but shopclues are not refunding back.

HiWhen I opened the product it found damaged.Wires were twisted somewhere broken some where and damaged as wellThe quality was very very poor was not worth for moneyI am not all satisfied with the product.When I contacted them they told me on 23rd Feb to wait for 48 hours after 3 days when I contacted them they again told me to wait for 48 hours as seller was not responding. As of now the seller has not responded them and they have not yet done anything regarding my refund. I had send them mail with all the pictures and they agreed with me that the product is damaged.
