Dear Shop Clues Team, Myself, Advocate Mr. Vinod Satpute is representing Mr. Pratik Gandhi for the defective product delivered No – 58064233 from Shop Clues.com. We have sent you multiple reminders and requests to resolve the problem at the earliest though we have been delayed for a long time. However, my client received an SMS on the phone number stating that one Mr. Mahesh Rathod shall have a reverse pick up of the defective product from my client’s custody. Please note that we wish to have a written confirmation from you that we shall be given a replacement by providing the original product as ordered previously at a discounted price, as my client has suffered inconvenience due to your deficient service. We therefore want you to replace it with the original product on or before 05th July 2015 at a discounted price, to my client Mr. Pratik Gandhi or else we shall be constrained to take action before the proper forum including before the consumer Courts for deficient, inefficient / sub - standard service.
