Hi, I have bought worth Rs.640 Carpet from Shopclues.com order no[protected]. dated - 10 oct 2015. I received product on 13/10/2015 noticed there is defective in material and asked shop clues.com for refund, 16 days left there is no proper answer from customer support ..very pathetic service experienced from shopclues.com .
