My order id is[protected]. I got the product which was defective. When i tried using the product it did not worked even the first day. When i reported next day i did not got any valuable assistance.
I am very sad and disheartened with this type of service and assistance.
The company has the policy that it returns back the product when reported but no such facility was given to me.
