m/s shop clues I had placed a order (order no 23621449, tracking no[protected]. pendulum watch) date on 17 oct 2014 at 4.40pm. I received my product today date on November 4, 2014 2.00 pm. I am really bother that you sent me broken, defective product both. I tried to contact to customer care executive but no one received, I did not expect that you sent me defective and damaged product, how could you do this while I paid full amount, how many stages will you become bother, in previous days i sent you 2 or 3 times mail for not receiving product, but today I got defective and damaged product.. how disgusting your service is.
