On shopclues My order no is 9775581. Return request no is 167649. I received product on 4/1/2014 and requested return on 5/1/2014. The phone is defective, When i insert SIM card of MTS, the mesg display on the screen is phone locked. I talk to LAVA customer care, then they suggest me to return the product, because it is not working, but shopclues is not responding for my complaint, i want to return the product and want refund . This is vadivel i bought a 100 kg home gym on 11.12.2014 on schopclues[protected]. i received the product on 19.12.2014 i found that the rubber plates are defective . so i request for a retrun and refund[protected].
please took it back and refund my amount

On 21.6.2014 I purchased online a LED TV model no. "SONY KLV-40R452A" from Shopclues.com. Order no. 15413427, and paid through credit card Rupees 41, 030.00. I received the TV on 02.07.2014, and complained immediately that the product was not having English language in its operating system as per the specifications given online .they finally took back the product after a lot of harassment on 09.08.14. after that they delayed for various reasons from there side and did not refund my money.Even after my repeated request for refund, on 17.09.14 suddenly without my consent they canceled my order number and issued a new order number 20586754 for replacement and confirmed that the new product would have English language in it. Still in good faith i received the replacement which came in a very cheap packaging and found that this product too had the same defect.Even after complaining to them on the 08.10.14 they did not take any action . They have been harassing me for over 3 months over the refund and delaying it unnecessarily. They have even blocked my registered mobile number so I cannot contact the helpline personnel. i am attaching email correspondence with them, invoices sent by them and photographs of the last packaging condition.
