Hi, I have received a defective induction cook top, It didn't start when plugged on. Its LED panel also do not light up, when powered up. I have checked it in many different power sockets, still same issue comes. Please check and replace or refund the product. Model: Rapido Cute SNo. SK1408RC116851 Order Number: 19541847 Return Number: 434591 Product: Pigeon Rapido Cute Induction Cook Top Also as per return policy of Shopclues I have raised the request within 2 days of order delivered.The product was delivered to me on 3rd Sep and I have raised the return request on 4th Sep. This is not the first time I am facing the issue.Earlier I have purchased a headphone w.r.t 6575613 . And when it came i found out its a freebie given as gift with Nokia Mobiles and your site is selling that free headphone. Also w.r.t order 12071773, cover was missing for which again I had to chase you guys. The product is in same condition since it arrived, it is not usable.Please replace it or refund my money.
