[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Defective product returned, refund awaited since 4 months | |||
Shopclues.com - The worst website I have ever had the chance to shop on. I ordered a USB 3G modem in Nov 2013 for Rs 1, 199. Order number - Order #8470909. Turns out that the product description was wrong and the product was not unlocked, so non-usable in india. They agreed to a refund. I sent the product back, but they never got back to me. I sent them the courier receipt and the proof of sending the product back. It has been 4 months that I have been waiting for my refund now and they stopped responding to my inquiries. Its a shame that such websites exist and give a bad name to indian e-commerce industry. I would never shop on Shopclues.com ever and would also recommend other online shoppers not to use the services of Shopclues.com ever.
