[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Defective product selling and not refund customer money

I had purchased finger pulse oximeter through shopclues online shopping (order no.[protected], product id.[protected] and items delivered on 04th may and just after 10 minutes of product delivery we were checked the items, it's not working we were surprised and many times tried but no sucess than we understand they sent defective piece to customer. After we had tried to complaint online and through customer care and dealer direct number for refund or exchange items but no success and show big fraud to consumer by shopclues e-commerce during order returns item button available but after u received your order they disabled returned product buttons. Big big fraud by shopclues. Just disgusting by shopclues e-commerce seller. How government gave license to fraud shopclues e-commerce?? Government take fast action on shopclues so other consumer catch on this fraud racket which run by shopclues and their product dealer. dealer details# super clone enterprises, plot no.409, sector 7, maneser, Gurgaon, haryana, phone no.[protected].
There is not matter of money but we consumer trust on ecommerce but they fraud to customer. They think consumer are not doing any thing but they think what consumer can do. They destroyed your online market business amd your reputation. So again i requested to shopclues and their dealer who selling fraud and defective product please refund money ASAP.
