I have order item from Shopclues with Order Id: 72454168, on date 18.10.2015, and as per shopclues delevery it shows expeted delevery is 6th to 9th nov, but still i have not receive my item so i have complain thrugh shopclues support, ticket number: 4835410, but i have not get my item yet.

I have not receive item but shopclues chane the status as delever so i have contact customer care but they tell for wait 7days and they are arrange proof of delevery and send to you not send the item, and also they are not cancle my order and refend.
so i requesting to you please help me on getting my product.
