ShopClues.com — Delivered damaged product and refused to accept when sent back | |||||
Hi All, I ordered a spin mop from shopclues worth Rs 500. Damaged product was delivered for which I asked for refund and return. After so many chases they asked for damaged product pics which I sent promptly. After 3-4 Days they say that the return pickup is not available in the area so I will have to send it myself, they will refund a max of Rs 300 Bill amount incurred as cluebucks, but to initiate my refund of the purchased product they will first do a Quality check which was absolutely fine. Buttttt, ... when I sent the product to the address shared they refused to receive the product. What should I do now !!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have purchase material in vegetable cutter, but there was damaged in glass, so please return the product and new product was giving
