(ShopClues order 64780007) I spoke to your customer care several times and send several mails but they are not responding positively. I have lodged a complaint to either refund or replace my product (mobile phone).
They are saying that request cannot be entertained because product was damaged (I named it 'damaged') and request was filed after 2 days. If I would have named it 'defective' they would have entertained it in span of 10 days. This is matter of interpretation from my side. I did not know what to call it 'damaged' or 'defective' as there are some black patched in the screen while the packing was good. (Images already shared for order no.: 64780007)
Let's consider 'damaged' and I got 2 days to file the return/refund request. Please refer to the attachment/screen shot showing the flow of order delivery. It is clearly showing that the order got delivered on 22nd of August and I filed the compliant on 24th of August which is well within 2 days and by considering your policy, I should have been entertained and the product should have replaced/refunded.
I don't know why you are doing this. If the merchant is cheating the customer on your behalf knowing that the product is damaged/faulty/without inspection he is delivering the material. Why are you not taking action against them? This is not a small amount. I paid full amount for a phone, not for a useless piece.
Value your customer and value our hard-earned money.
This is more than a month now and I can't wait more. I had a proof which I've attached herewith.
I cannot just waste my money and feel cheated.
