I have Ordered "Leather Gloves" 22 Dec 2015 at shopclues but merchant cheated me and sent me cotton gloves.. I complained to customer Care.. but they are confusing me in rules and regulation.. I want simply the product which I have ordered and paid for... Is it too much complicated?? .. to solve a customer's problem who is cheated in your web site..?? I am attaching the -- 1).
