ShopClues.com — Delivery Failure. | |||
Sir, I had ordered unisex dark black sunglasses with golden frame from Shopclues.com on 9th April 2014 and had made full payment to the Website by my HDFC Debit card bearing the Card no [protected]. I was informed via mail that my order has been shipped by 14th April, 2014 and i would receive the Product by 19th April, 2014 As i did not receive the Product by 20th April, i mailed it to the Customer Support on 21st April 2014. I was informed that my product was delivered but i personally did not receive the product nor i had any kind of communication by the concerned Concerned Courier company. Iwas promised that i would be given the Proof of Delivery(POD) within 7 days but i wasn't provided with one. I mailed them twice once after their 7 day deadline had finished and once after 15 days but i was still not given the POD. I called again to the customer support but their reply doesn't change. I have been harassed mentally a lot and i want adequate compensation for the same. i have attached the snapshots of all the communication via e-mail that i had done with the company.I hope you will do the needful.
