ShopClues.com — Delivery of a fake product

I recently ordered Optimum Nutrition serious mass 12 lbs from shopclues.com . The product they sent me was a fake one and not the genuine product. I sent them regarding it and asked them to cancel my order and take it back and send me my amount. They didn't agree to it even though i provided them with every proof that the product was a fake one and not a genuine. I even showed them the email from the official company showing that the product was not a genuine one. My order number on shopclues was Order Number: 11188679 i have been cheated and at least they should have refunded me my money and take back the product when i repeatedly told them. I am never going to shop again on their site as they have no consideration of the customer, they kept siding with the merchant despite sending them all the proofs.
