[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Did Not get my Product yet and no information about it. | |||
I buy a Beats by Dr.Dre Studio / Mixr Headphones Special Editions OEM on 6th Oct, 2014 at 2:50 pm through online shopping by shop clues and make the payment online but till now I did not receive the product and cannot track it also. It show last detail of 9th Oct, 2014 and it was told that I will receive the product by 16th Oct. When i complain about it they are providing me a ticket number and telling that they will get back to me within two working days but I am getting no positive response. Product details are Product: Beats by Dr.Dre Studio / Mixr Headphones Special Editions OEM Order number: 22096379 Tracking number: [protected] Cost: Rs 449 + 19 shipping charge. So kindly help me.
